  1. Case management is good.you need a series of potencies which is almost impossible for a practitioner.I do not know why he is jumping to different potencies. It makes homeopathy difficult.I do not think Hahnemann and his immediate followers did the same

Arsenicum album is the first remedy in the repertorization. The mind sxs would only apply if they came on with the eczema.

From Organon, 6th edition, aphorism 248:

“Thus in chronic diseases, every correctly chosen homoeopathic medicine, even those whose action is of long duration, may be repeated daily for months with ever increasing success. If the solution is used up (in seven to fifteen days) it is necessary to add to the next solution of the same medicine if still indicated one or (though rarely) several pellets of a higher potency with which we continue so long as the patient experiences continued improvement without encountering one or another complaint that he never had before in his life.”

This can be achieved in many different ways, including the method used in this case. He probably didn’t want to aggravate the eczema so he only repeated the medicine once a week. Hahnemann and Boenninghausen used placebo often, to put the patient at ease, that something was being done every day. People don’t understand that one infrequent dose can act. Perhaps his method here, jumping up in more sharply in potency often, is why the case moved along so quickly to cure?

It would have been nice to see the sxs for the nat mur prescription, but the conjunctivitus must have called for the change in the medicine.

I don’t think you can argue with the results of the case! Did the cure last?
